29ᵗʰ Jan 2026, (10:00) - 30ᵗʰ Jan 2026, (16:00)
{Ettington Park Luxury Hotel, CV37 8BU}
Booking is now open for the 2026 PMHA Annual Conference!
We look forward to welcoming you on 29th and 30th January for two days of fantastic talks, workshops and networking at the beautiful Ettington Park Hotel
(Ettington Park Luxury Hotel Warwickshire | Hand Picked Hotels),
near Stratford-upon-Avon.
As ever, we have a varied programme with something for everyone, whether you work in Paediatrics or Psychiatry, in hospital wards, the Emergency Department or the community. There will also be an opportunity for trainees to share the amazing work you’ve been doing over the last year.

The theme of the first day of the conference will be Safeguarding and Mental Health and will cover topics including Neurodivergence and Child Exploitation, the Mental Health of Looked-After Children, and the Effects of the Internet on Mental Health. At the end of the day, we will have our annual PMHA Conference dinner, which is not to be missed!

The theme of the second day of the conference will be Working Together for Children’s Mental Health, and will focus on how we can build bridges between teams to deliver better, child-centred care. After presentations on a wide range of examples of good practice from around the country, from MDT clinics to regional pathways, we will then be running workshops to help you gain the skills and knowledge to build these networks in your own area.

We cannot wait to welcome you at Ettington Park – do book soon to avoid disappointment.
See you in January!

We have recently updated the programme with even more fantastic talks and workshops – please do have a look and book your place if you haven’t already!
We can’t wait to see you there!
Call for Abstracts
The call for abstracts now open!
This year’s meeting will once again feature a trainee-led poster session, in which trainees can present their audits, research, or quality improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work in the area of child mental health and to share best practice with interested professionals from around the country. Three abstracts will also be selected for oral presentation on Day One of the meeting (29th January).
To submit an abstract, please click here to download the template, and then email your completed abstract to PMHAtrainees@gmail.com by December 7th at the latest.
